CRIME STOPPERS


and the Haliburton Highlands OPP are asking the public's
 help in solving two vehicle thefts that were reported in the
County of Haliburton on January 15th and 16th, 2010.


On Friday January 15, 2010, officers were called to investigate the theft of a 2002 Jeep Liberty black in colour with Ontario Licence # AXLT-685. The vehicle was stolen from a residence on the Kennisis Lake Road in the Township of Dysart et al.

On Saturday January 16, 2010, officers were called to investigate the theft of a 1995 Polaris 600, black with purple and blue. The sled is also equipped with pink runners and has stickers on the cowling that say, “Daddy’s Girl”. The machine was stolen from a residence on Friendship Lane in Algonquin Highlands Township.
